Ray Jimenez Joins High Caliber, Bringing Decades of Industry Expertise and Client-First Leadership

High Caliber is excited to announce the newest addition to the sales team—Ray Jimenez, a seasoned promotional products professional with over 25 years of industry experience.
Ray brings a deep and well-rounded background, having started on the supplier side in 1998 before successfully transitioning to the distributor side in 2021. His journey includes working with IMAGEN—once his client—demonstrating his ability to build lasting, meaningful relationships across all sides of the business.
Over the course of his career, Ray has touched nearly every product category in the promotional products space, giving him a unique perspective and versatility that will be invaluable to our clients. One of his proudest accomplishments includes being named a PPB Rising Star in 2015, an honor made even more meaningful by nominations from his customers—a testament to the trust and impact he’s built over the years.
When it comes to industry trends, Ray sees drinkware and tech products continuing to lead the conversation, with creativity and strong branding playing a critical role in campaign success. In fact, he firmly believes that logo design can be a game changer in elevating any promotional product.
Ray’s approach to sales is rooted in three core values: trust, reliability, and value. He focuses on listening, communicating, and collaborating closely with clients to ensure every project not only meets expectations—but helps customers shine. “I always try to put myself in my clients’ shoes,” Ray shares. “The goal is to deliver something that’s valuable, cool, and something I’d personally use.”
What drew Ray to High Caliber? “The history, the leadership, and the culture,” he says. “And I’m excited to be surrounded by seasoned veterans and learn from the best.”
Outside of work, Ray is all about family. Whether he’s cheering on his son Jett as a proud sports dad or supporting his daughter Harlow as a dedicated dance dad, he brings that same energy and passion into everything he does.
Looking ahead, Ray is focused on contributing to the continued success of the team, hitting sales goals each quarter, and going above and beyond for every customer and partner. His commitment is simple: the green light is always on.
