Abel brings over a decade of sales expertise, an unstoppable drive, and a well-timed “Hell Yeah” to the High Caliber team. While he’s new here, he’s already making waves—mostly because he refuses to let anyone have a slow day.

Outside of work, he’s a die-hard Raiders fan, which means he’s spent years mastering the art of blind optimism. Every year, he and his family made the trek to the Oakland Coliseum, witnessing both legendary plays and heartbreaks (mostly heartbreaks). It built character. It also built his ability to keep a straight face during intense negotiations—because if you can watch your team fumble a playoff spot year after year, you can handle anything.

At High Caliber, Abel is here to bring the energy, the deals, and maybe—just maybe—a little bit of luck to the team. Hell yeah.
