HC-48 Hour Rush Delivery

To guarantee timely processing, all e-rush orders must be submitted by 2:00 PM PST (5:00 PM EST) to qualify for shipping within two business days under the HC-48 service.

Orders received after this cutoff will be processed on the following business day.

Submission Requirements:

1.     Purchase Order & Artwork: Submit both in a single email. Include the purchase order number in the email subject line and specify "HC-48" in the body of the email.

2.     Rush Service Fee: A $50 (V) fee applies to all HC-48 Rush Service orders.

Standard Imprint Options:

  • Screen Print, Pad Print, or Laser Engraving only. 
  • One color/run imprint, one location (up to 2,500 pieces).
  • Laser engraving available for up to 1,000 pieces on select items.

Artwork Guidelines:

  • Must be correctly formatted and sized.
  • All text must be outlined.
  • No proofs will be provided under the HC-48 service.

Additional Information:

  • Submission Email: Send all orders and artwork to rush@highcaliberline.com.
  • Include the following in your email:
    • Contact name, email, and phone number for after-hours inquiries.
  • Will Call Orders: Available for pickup after 4:00 PM on the ship date.
  • Shipping Policy: Only single ship-to addresses are allowed. No drop ship or split ship requests, single ship-to address only.
  • Account Standing:
    • The client's High Caliber account must be active, in good credit standing, and have available credit exceeding the order total. Otherwise, a credit card will be required.
    • For new accounts or distributors changing group affiliations, orders will ship one business day after account setup is finalized.

Turnaround Time:

Orders will ship within two business days (2-day turnaround).
