Ray may be new to the High Caliber team, but with 20+ years in sales, he’s been doing this longer than most people have been paying attention. His go-to line, “My goal is to make this as smooth and seamless as possible for you,” sounds calm and collected… because it is. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, he’s making things happen like a pro who’s seen just about everything.

His movie taste? High energy only. If it’s sports or action, he’s all in. Rocky for the underdog grind, Gladiator for the intensity—because sometimes you just need a little “Are you not entertained?!” energy to get through the day.

Fun fact: Back in college, Ray took the mound at Texas A&M and during warmups someone yelled, “Get the hat off the mound!” Turns out, they thought he was the hat. At 5’10”, he might not have looked intimidating—but once he started throwing 95–96 mph, everyone got real quiet, real fast.
