Lowest Price Guarantee policy is limited to EQP quantities.

• Lowest Price Guarantee is limited to new orders only.
• The competitor’s price must be verifiable from an online source, through a printed advertisement or an e-mailed quote.
• Qualifying products must be the same.
• Lowest Price Guarantee is not applicable on refurbished products, discontinued products, damaged products, auction listings, priced with typographical errors, close-outs, misprints, special buys, special promotions, liquidations, or limited editions.
• Lowest Price Guarantee is limited to items with stock on hand.
• Shipping charges, handling charges, setup charges, sales tax or additional fees are not taken into account when calculating the Lowest Price Guarantee.
• Calibre International reserves the right to deny any Lowest Price Guarantee for items that do not meet the program’s criteria.
• For a lowest price claim to be valid under this guarantee, it must satisfy all the terms and conditions set out above and be submitted in compliance with the claims processing procedures set out above. By submitting a Lowest Price Guarantee claim, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
