Constructed with double-layer mesh and 230T twill polyester with PVC backing, it features a reflective twill strip that adds a distinctive visibility-enhancing detail when illuminated. The pouch is finished with a durable polyester zipper, #5 metal zipper pull with plastic detailing, and woven webbing zipper binding for added structure and reinforcement.
